Speech, articulation, and speech sound production all mean the way words sound when we say them.  Remember to practice with your student at home.  It typically takes 20 hours of practice to change one sound.

Speech cards:  What you can do?

Memory matching game:  make by gluing pictures on note cards and make sure you have two of each picture.  Face cards down on the table.  Take turns turning two cards over to find a match.  Say the word each time you turn a card over.  The player with the most pairs wins!

Hide and seek:  Hide cards.  Have your child say the word when she finds the card.  Also you could have your child say “I found -----.”

Bean bag toss:  Place cards upright on the floor.  Try to hit them with bean bags.  Have your child say “I hit ---.” or  "I didn’t hit ---.”

It’s OK to just go through the cards and practice.  Let me know about any other games you’ve thought of.  Try an activity 3 times a week.  Good Luck!
